Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of VoiceClip (the "Service"). By installing the Chrome extension, joining the waitlist, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VoiceClip is a browser extension and SaaS that transcribes voice messages you access on LinkedIn, at your request, and optionally pushes the transcript into your chosen CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).
2. No affiliation with LinkedIn
VoiceClip is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation — referenced here only for descriptive purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use VoiceClip to violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or any applicable law.
- Automate, scrape, or scale the Service beyond a single human operator's normal use.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service.
- Circumvent our rate limits or plan restrictions.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the extension or our API beyond interoperability purposes legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
4. Accounts and billing
The Free tier includes up to 10 transcriptions per calendar month, no account required beyond an email.
The Pro plan is billed monthly (USD $12) or annually (USD $120, 2 months free). Billing is processed by Stripe or Paddle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase upon request.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the audio you transcribe and the transcripts we generate on your behalf. We do not claim ownership or license over your content beyond what is strictly necessary to render the Service (i.e., sending audio to Whisper API and returning the transcript to you).
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance when possible.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy of transcriptions — Whisper has an error rate that varies by language, audio quality, and speaker accent. Verify critical transcripts before relying on them for business-critical decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms, with 7 days' notice when feasible.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Santa Catarina, Brazil, unless you have statutory rights to litigate elsewhere.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
